Sales Manager - India
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our company based in Clairvaux, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of our sales team and strategic planning. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities by researching markets and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to achieve overall company objectives
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote company products/services
- Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profits while meeting their needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or relevant role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Sound knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an asset
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
