Waiter in Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a professional and customer service-oriented Waiter to join our team at a restaurant in the beautiful city of Khasab, Oman. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure all special requests are fulfilled
- Check-in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
