We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Wiltz. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. Your role will involve overseeing the entire pastry kitchen, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring the high quality of all pastry items.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of pastry techniques and recipes
- Creativity and ability to develop unique desserts and pastries
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and supplies effectively
- Experience in leading a team of pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Good communication skills in English (French or German is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and create various desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes or customer requests
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all pastry items meet our standards
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs
- Train new pastry chefs on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations in the pastry department
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen at all times
- Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ for this position.
