Our construction company in Moscow is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating temporary molds and supports for concrete structures. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Cut, shape and assemble wooden structures using hand and power tools
- Build forms for pouring concrete and install reinforcing material
- Pour and spread concrete to specified depth and consistency
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Remove forms after concrete has dried
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient with hand and power tools used in carpentry
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites
- Valid work visa for Russia (visa sponsorship available)
