Job Title: Commercial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Gujrat. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping malls, and hotels. You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project
- Oversee contractors and construction workers to ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Make necessary revisions to plans based on client feedback or changes in project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and construction teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial projects in India
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
