Job Title: IT Manager


We are currently hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage our team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and effectiveness of our systems.
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, and networks.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance our company's productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to make strategic recommendations for our company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with expertise in network administration, security systems, database management, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proven track record in implementing successful technology strategies within a company.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning for IT projects.

Location: Khanpur (accommodation provided if needed)
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
