- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of our company's hardware, software, and network systems

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Manage IT budget and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for their implementation in our company
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security, and cloud-based systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven experience in managing IT projects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
