Online Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Kaunas. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred

Salary: $1400 per month

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
