Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mauren. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food and beverage service, customer service, staff management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are consistently met
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve overall profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Develop relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Plan and organize special events or promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with guests
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service establishments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Mauren is a beautiful city located in Liechtenstein. This job is open to candidates of any nationality who are eligible to work in Liechtenstein.
