Plasterboard Worker



We are looking for a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Funchal. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques
- Fill joints, holes, and cracks with joint compound
- Smooth out surface of plasterboard using sandpaper or other tools
- Repair damaged or broken plasterboard
- Apply texture to finished walls or ceilings as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with plasterboard is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboards and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in various locations within Funchal
- Must have valid visa for working in Funchal

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month. Salary may increase based on experience.
