Radio Technician

A reputable radio station in Jeddah is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting all radio equipment used for broadcasting. This includes transmitters, receivers, antennas, and other related equipment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronics and experience working with radio technology. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A high level of attention to detail is crucial for this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance on all radio equipment to ensure peak performance
- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues that may arise
- Monitor signal strength and make necessary adjustments to maintain clear transmission
- Install new equipment as needed
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in radio technology

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in electronics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of radio technology and equipment
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
