Barista - Specialty Coffee Maker



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at our specialty coffee shop in Shan, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be a Filipino national with fluency in English and a passion for creating high-quality coffee beverages.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee shop and providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Barista or similar role. You should have excellent knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques. A friendly personality, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important qualities for this position.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and airfare ticket for our employees. However, accommodation is not provided.
