Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager



We are hiring a talented and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in hotel sales and the ability to work without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to achieve targets
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking abilities with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when needed
