We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Braga. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and be able to lead and inspire a team of chefs in delivering exceptional dishes. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen, creating menus, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all kitchen operations
- Develop new menus and recipes while maintaining current ones
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Creative mindset with a passion for food
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
