Gardener (Female Preferred)

Our gardening company in Faro is seeking a skilled and dedicated female gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' gardens. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, watering, pruning, and fertilizing
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Identify and control garden pests and diseases
- Create and maintain garden designs according to client preferences
- Follow safety procedures while working with tools and chemicals
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hedge cutters
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Female candidates are preferred
