Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Ufa, Russia and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the masonry work on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project managers to develop work plans and schedules for masonry tasks
- Supervise a team of masons and ensure that they are working efficiently and following safety protocols
- Monitor the quality of masonry work being performed and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Train new masons on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Order materials and supplies as needed for masonry tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards on site
- Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates on progress, delays, or any other relevant information
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, time worked, and other relevant data

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and other masonry materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the requirements listed above.
