Entry-level Mason in Ufa, Russia


We are currently searching for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-level Mason in Ufa, Russia. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and chimneys using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with little to no experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop their skills in masonry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with constructing and repairing structures according to blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, or other materials to build walls, floors, or other structures
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using hand tools
- Use various hand and power tools such as hammers, trowels, levels, saws, and chisels
- Smooth out mortar or grout joints using trowels or jointers
- Cut or shape bricks or other materials to fit into corners or around obstacles using saws or hand tools

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- Previous experience in masonry is a plus but not necessary
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
