We are hiring a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Salalah. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials from trucks, stockpiles, and storage areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment and ensuring its safe operation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader machinery to load and unload materials from trucks, stockpiles, and storage areas
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Monitor material levels and refill as needed
- Transport materials within the site using the loader
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with heavy machinery operation and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Good communication skills in English (basic proficiency required)
- Valid work permit for Oman (preferably Indian national)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
