A reputable surveying company in Los-Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, providing accurate measurements and data for various projects. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and construction surveys using various instruments and techniques
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports, maps, and charts
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine project requirements
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and data collected
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD, GIS, or Trimble preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 USD per month for this position. Salary can be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Los-Angeles. However, we welcome applications from Nepali candidates who are currently living abroad or willing to relocate to Los-Angeles.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Experience:
While previous experience as a Surveyor is preferred, we are open to considering applications from candidates without prior experience who possess the relevant education qualifications.
