We are searching for a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to project specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement and identify any potential obstacles
- Prepare and assemble solar panel components and mounting hardware
- Connect wiring between solar panels, inverters, and other electrical components
- Perform quality checks on completed installations to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to work with hand tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring required
- Physically able to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols
