Architectural Designer
We are seeking an experienced and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Moscow. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans for residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and visions, and translate them into practical yet aesthetically pleasing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans based on client requirements, budget, and building codes
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure feasibility of designs
- Attend project meetings with clients to present design concepts and gather feedback
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback and incorporate any changes into final plans
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Moscow
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Moscow
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Russian (both written and verbal)
Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
