Job Title: Architectural Designer
We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Moscow. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all design concepts are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design proposals
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Moscow
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Moscow, Russia.
