Restaurant Manager


Our restaurant in Dickirch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train restaurant staff on food preparation, customer service, and cleaning procedures
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid work visa or ability to obtain one independently

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
