Job Title: Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect at our firm, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This is a contract position, with a salary of 1700$ per month. The job location is in Khanpur, and we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop design concepts for industrial projects
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, make necessary changes, and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Architect in the industrial sector
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Ability to speak multiple languages
