Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to promote company products
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)
