Indian Sales Manager (English-speaking, Contract, Female)

A fast-growing company in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As an English-speaking professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and grow our customer base. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
