Full-Time Gardener in Malindi


We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Malindi. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, suitable for both Malayalees and foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants
- Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and weeding garden beds
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the garden
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener is preferred but not required
- Ability to work without supervision and take initiative
- Physically fit to perform gardening duties such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of plants and their care needs
- Basic understanding of fertilizers, pesticides, and other gardening products
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
