Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Eschen, a stunning city known for its beautiful architecture. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architecture projects, from design to completion. You will work closely with our clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and engineers
- Oversee all phases of architecture projects, including planning, design, construction, and post-construction
- Review project proposals and provide feedback and recommendations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Ensure that project designs meet all building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. Our company also provides accommodation for out-of-town employees.
