Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company in Dubai. Your main duties will include managing a team of employees, developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments. You will also be in charge of budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing data to make strategic decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers and ensuring that all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

To qualify for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position preferably in the same industry. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is also required. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects are essential for this role.

This position is open to Indian nationals who are currently residing in Dubai on their own visa. Students with relevant experience are also welcome to apply. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month.
