Entry-Level Concierge in Pokhara, Nepal



We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Entry-Level Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Pokhara, Nepal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in the area
- Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guest requests for items such as extra towels or toiletries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1700 per month. Additional benefits include medical insurance and yearly bonuses.

Please note that this position does not include accommodation. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options near the hotel.
