Location: Pokhara, Nepal

We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge to join our team in Pokhara. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Make reservations for guests and arrange transportation as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid work visa for Nepal is preferred
