As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. A customer-focused mindset is essential in this role.

In addition to your management responsibilities, you will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve the overall dining experience for our guests. This may include developing promotions or special events, as well as monitoring and analyzing sales data.

We are looking for someone who is able to work under pressure and can handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility in scheduling is required as this position may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
