Intermediate Architectural Designer
We are seeking a talented and driven Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our team in Almada. As an Intermediate Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building codes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural design and possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits and review progress of construction projects
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in architecture
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1200$ per month.

This position is based in Almada, Portugal.
