Job Title: Formworker


We are seeking skilled and reliable Formworkers to join our team in Faro. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing concrete forms for foundations, walls, columns, and other structural elements according to blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and cut materials such as wood, plywood, or metal to build forms
- Assemble and secure forms using nails, screws, or bolts
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh within forms
- Pour concrete into forms and use tools to spread and smooth it
- Remove forms once the concrete has set and clean up work area
- Inspect completed forms for accuracy and quality
- Repair or replace damaged forms as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
