We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Almada. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This includes fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances, painting, and other general repairs.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a Handyman and possess a strong understanding of different repair techniques. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets
- Repair or replace damaged appliances and fixtures
- Perform painting and touch-up work as needed
- Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
- Keep track of inventory levels for supplies and materials
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
