Dietitian for Indian Cuisine in Dubai



We are hiring a skilled Dietitian to join our team in Dubai and specialize in Indian cuisine. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating personalized meal plans for our clients based on their dietary needs and preferences. Your expertise in Indian cuisine will be utilized to develop nutritious and delicious meal options that align with our clients' cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual assessments to determine clients' dietary needs and restrictions
- Create customized meal plans that meet clients' nutritional requirements and cultural preferences
- Advise clients on proper portion sizes, food choices, and preparation methods
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared according to the recommended guidelines
- Stay updated on current research, trends, and regulations related to nutrition and Indian cuisine

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Proven experience as a Dietitian, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine
- Knowledge of Indian ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam is preferred

This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to candidates of Indian origin. This job does not require fluency in English as long as the candidate has strong knowledge of Indian ingredients and can effectively communicate with clients. Prior experience is not mandatory; however, candidates must have a passion for promoting healthy eating habits through traditional Indian cuisine.
