We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing resources, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring project goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, identify roadblocks, and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
