Our upscale restaurant in the heart of Moscow is seeking a Part-Time Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality, delicious meals are served to our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for cooking and experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that align with our restaurant's concept and guest preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and overseeing their performance
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing decisions

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and dietary restrictions
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1100 per month (based on experience)
