We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron, USA. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and visually appealing structures that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials to incorporate into designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently

Salary: $1100 per month

This is a part-time position without accommodation. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
