We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron, Canada. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborating with engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Utilize computer software to create 2D/3D models and renderings of designs
- Review building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design plans
- Make revisions to plans based on client feedback or project changes
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
