Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons in the construction of buildings, walls, and other structures. You will ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards and within project timelines. This role will require strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of masonry techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and assign tasks based on project requirements
- Read blueprints and plans to determine materials needed and project specifications
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site at all times
- Monitor progress of construction and provide regular updates to project managers
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or in a similar supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for working with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Khanpur. Candidates must be willing to reside in or relocate to this city.

Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for employment purposes in Khanpur.
