Barista - Coffee Specialist (Acre, Egypt)


We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Barista - Coffee Specialist to join our team in Acre, Egypt. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a love for creating the perfect cup of coffee.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Educate customers on our different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items or promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee-making and knowledge of different brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Customer-focused with great attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
