Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine proper welding procedures
- Cut, shape, and join metal pieces using welding techniques
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
- Repair broken or damaged metal structures using appropriate tools and techniques
- Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
