Waiter/Waitress



As a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in Balzers, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Present menus and answer any questions or concerns
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure prompt service
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Check on tables regularly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
