Architecture Manager


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality and innovative designs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that align with their vision.
- Oversee the development of architectural design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is following the approved plans.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Review project budgets regularly to identify potential cost savings or overruns.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects in the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture with a focus on project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex architectural projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Proficient in using computer software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. In addition to the salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad. While we prefer candidates who are currently based in Faisalabad or nearby cities, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
