Architecture Manager

We are a growing architecture firm based in Faisalabad, seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality architectural projects on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the client and team members
- Review and approve all project designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet the client's requirements and industry standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and provide guidance to the team as needed
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to coordinate project execution
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in scope
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Familiarity with architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
