We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Architecture Manager to join our team in Porto. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in architecture management and possess strong leadership skills. You should also have a deep understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Oversee all stages of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to final construction
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Review designs and provide feedback to architects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction
- Develop relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
