Architecture Manager - Porto, Portugal (Contract)


We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects, managing a team of architects and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture design and management
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, tools, and software applications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
