Tiler (Contract)


A reputable construction company in Almada is seeking a skilled Tiler to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in tiling and must be able to work independently. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing tiles according to project specifications. You will also be required to prepare surfaces for tiling, mix and apply adhesives, and ensure that the finished product is of high quality.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tiler
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of different tile materials and installation techniques
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles according to project specifications
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning and leveling them
- Mix and apply adhesives
- Install tiles in various patterns and designs
- Ensure that finished product is level, even, and free from imperfections
- Clean up work area after completion of project

This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one.
