Hotel Sales Manager
Our hotel in Jerusalem is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by identifying and targeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with current clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and increase sales within the Indian market
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and attending industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profit margins
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, operations) to ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
- Knowledge of the Indian market preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1500 per month (plus commission)
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
